Try using your email as your 'username'.

Hi everyone,

when I started my Myst online game it asked me to type my username and password which is normal so I did, but when I click login this message appears "Authentication Failed Please try again. Account Not Found." It happens every time.
I have Windows Vista Home Basics and I'm connected using ZyXEL G-220v3 it happend ever since I downloaded it.
I used the Cyan Worlds download. Please reply quickly
