I tend to privately think of them as the Warcrack Addicts, but my wife assures me they just call themselves Gamers, not quite realizing that there are in fact other games in this world besides WoW (typical, really).

And incidentally, I think Explorers fails to address the point, which is, what hooky little nomenclature can we adopt besides 'Myst Freaks'. No one is going to buy 'Explorers', especially since it is a conceit and not a particularly specific one.

Still, I can see I'll lose this argument too, so I'll shut up now.

Practicing saying it right now. (it has the added benefit of rhyming with 'guru' which all of us would like to be)

"Explorers" doesn't give the unfamiliar any information like "Trekkers" does. "Trekkers" specifically identifies the show. You need "Myst" generally, or "Uru" specifically, in there somewhere.

besides this sounds like the Latin word Mixtura
or the English word Mixture which is exactly what we are!
A mix of ages, personalities, countries, languages, tastes...and so on!

Thank you for posting that -- very interesting. Before I posted mine, I kept flip-flopping (I could find an argument each way) The reasoning I had on the WeAreWe side was just that you could continue the sentence with a who bought the flowers, but then (I told self) you'd need the article 'the' before the 2nd We. Or so I thought.

Thank you for clearing it up, Srikandi, and I accept the judge's ruling.

Back to the topic before I get in trouble!
