What I was picking up was the "Umm"s you always use. Which gives you the apparent dialect of snobby 13 year-olds "Umm... NOoo. Like, the Nexus totally wasn't meant for more than one person... DuUuh"

Glad to find out that's not what you meant

I did not mean to imply that. It would indeed be nice.

It should also be pointed out that you can't always tell someone's tone from what the words are. That's the problem with orthography.

I think the nexus wasn't made multiplayer on purpose because of both technical issues and design choices. Though I agree a MP version could be nice.
(What I always thought would really be nice but isn't really possible would be to have a nexus console inside Relto )

Marten thats what i saw, I think it would be very cool to pop into the nexus and see other people there. I've heard the multi chamber idea and have to say I don't like it, Ahnonay was 'designed' so people couldn't link back before the spheres had set themselves, the nexus doesn't.

I just think from a IC perspective it would make sense, and if the ALcugs guys can pull it off then why can't Cyan.

PS I never knew the GZ was instanced to a hood, wish it wasn't I might see more people

[OOC] I have a subwoofer (5.1 system) attached to my computer, and the bass coming from the noise in that room is so loud I can feel it...not that I'm complaining, it adds to the experiance [/OOC]

Thinking of how the Great Zero is set up through the 'hoods, I would like to see a nexus for each 'hood. Like Whilyam said, one room with multiple nexi stations. (Nexi being the plural of the Latin word Nexus ).

Of course the Great Zero should be a public Age like Ae'gura.

With regards to the Nexus .. I had one weird incident with that a looooong time ago.

I had touched my link .. the book had folded .. but I didn't link out right away. As I stood there trying to figure out what to do .. someone DID in fact link in .. run through my avvie and link out through the Nexus book.

NOW .. I don't pretend to know how or why it happened .. but it DID happen. I saw it!!! And .. as I recall .. someone else also had that happen to them .. as I read their post on a forum way back when .. but the name doesn't come to mind right off .. sorry.

And yes .. the GZ is connected to each hood and you can go there with people that share your hood.
