Yes and no:

Yes: You can make stuff (ie the 3d stuff) using XSI.
No: You can't make it into Uru stuff from XSI.

The community over at www.guildofwriters.org can explain more about certain aspects of making stuff into Uru stuff. Forum policy here is a bit complicated... :p

I searched around lightly and didn't find anything, so I'll post this here. Would it be possible to make things using Softimage XSI ModTool? I'd rather not learn another modeling program's interface.
