Neighborhood is the correct name for "Bevin", by the way - way back when MOUL started, Rand and RAWA clarified that the term "Bevin" for that location is incorrect, and the correct name should be Neighborhood, or some other shortening thereof.

"Bevin" is one specific Neighborhood, and the "Bevins" are random other Neighborhoods that happen to appear similar to the Bevin Neighborhood.

Kirel is also a Neighborhood, but a different layout to the standard 'hoods. =)

I think it is the Illusion 'hood as I have only seen it by grey hats and they were not in the fun house....

When the KI is open, individuals are listed and the location of each individual is on the right.

The location of an individual may be shown as “ Bevin “ or “ Relto “ or different specific age names etc.

I saw a location name to the right of the name of one individual. That location name was “ Neighborhood “.

Where is “ Neighborhood “?
