I heard that the guild of greeters and uru obsession still have delin.

Uru Obsession has Tsogal.

I updated my previous posting in this thread with the chat log of Nick White's visit in lofre's Bevin.

I like this statement best: "And storms come through Delin that are pretty spectacular." Wink

Eder Tsogal and Eder Delin are meant to be garden ages for the hoods--a place for hood members to relax. So, they are placed in the hoods and not in Reltos. Also, they require multiple players to solve the puzzles in them, so placing them in Reltos would not make sense. (Logistically, one would have to assemble the requisite number of people and link them all to your Relto before they could even reach the age.)

I was talking with a ResEng last night and he said that he knew of 3 hoods that had kept the Delin book. With his info, we can complete the list of the 5 Delin hoods:

Meeting Place
Great Shore
Amber Horizons
Spanic
lofre's

Someone might want to sticky this list so we don't get a hundred more "where's Delin" threads.

I've not heard of Great Shore, and Nick was pretty clear about there being 5 neighborhoods, so I'm guessing that is the one meant to be "Great Tree".

Nick White came into Braggi's Bevin this afternoon and asked us if we wanted a Delin book. There were only two of us at the time so we made a command decission to take it. So add us to your list please.

I ran into him in Monkeyboy's Bevin, which also now has a Delin book. He upped the count to 7 Delins.

It is so frustrating to find the hood you want to enter is not on the Nexus list.

Just lately I agreed to help someone in a certain hood with Tsogal , then couldn't find their hood on the Nexus list. I have also found I can't attend meetings in an agreed hood because I have no way of accessing it.

I wish there were some way of typing in the name of the hood you want to link to instead of scrolling down that endless list of empty Bevins. Rolling Eyes

If the person you want to visit will send you and invite to the bevin, it appears on the private links list (I think that's what it is). See if that works for you.

Here's an idea, every hood has their own instance of the city in addition to the main one, so there's always a way of getting to the library, so why not run the books in rotation.

The newest ages are placed in the hoods, and people can link from there to them easily. The older ages are rotated out as this happens excluding gahreesen which has a special use for the Ki's. When the ages are rotated out they're placed on one of the many book stands in the main city library (and optionally will start to fill up people's bookshelves in relto perhaps)

Then there would be none of this 'where do we find a hood with xxx' problems.

What do people think ?

Just thought I'd mention, I was working on an entry in my Uru blog yesterday about the different architectural features (lights, clock, etc.) in different neighborhoods, and I found just one Delin book. It was in Soup_Fork's Bevin. I wandered through maybe 25 Bevins total, and I was choosing ones that had no people or very few people so I wouldn't look like some sort of freaky person taking pictures of lights and so forth. Razz Anyway, you guys should add that one to the list of Delin locations. Smile (I hope it hasn't changed since yesterday though... I'll have to check in a little while.)

Yes the Garden books changed again. Shocked
I am not glad about the changing of books in the hoods over and over again. Who's responsible for this ? Once you think you know where to find which book, you could be wrong because it could have changed in the very moment.

Anyway I just wanted to report that for example the "D'ni Museum of Art" Hood as a Eder Delin book. At least at the moment. Yesterday it was Tsogahl. Wink
