Well, pinupower asked. I think pinupower thought they were serious and ireen could actually call them whenever she wanted.

I wanted to come, but I'm not going to make it, due to computer meltdown day before yesterday.
So please keep reporting on what happens/doesn't happen.
You know, this may take more than one attempt.
We could also leave text messages in our Bevin imagers, you know. She writes in English, so she must be literate in English as well as D'ni. Perhaps that would be a good way to get the message to her about a meeting time.
Or have you already tried this? I confess to not reading the whole thread.

I just made it in for teh last minute, then linked out to Amber Horizon's Delin where it's snowing.
While there, got the call the that Yeesha was in sil_oh_wet's Bevin.
Arrived back too late, but Snowflake had captured a picture. Yeesha didn't say anything, just appeared briefly on top of the fountain so it may have just been a projection.
Snowflake managed to get a Ki-image before she disappeared again. It is up in the sil_oh_wet's image, and several people have got a copy in game.

She didn't show in the AP list, isn't in the "Recent" list, and didn't seem to have a KI at all. Can holograms/ghosts communicate via KI?
Apparently she said one of those "I'm on the surface" messages, though I didn't see it at the time. Check out the chatlog in the other thread.

She didn't appear on the Age Players list. You couldn't click on her, couldn't send a message to her. She doesn't have a KI number. She didn't even say anything.
But she came.
I was in the Egg Room when it happened but someone PMed me to go out there and her hologram was on the fountain. It flickered between her hologram, a bunch of static, and nothing.
I tried jumping into the static to see if it was a link, but no such luck. I mean, I would have jumped straight into her hologram but some people may have taken offense.

Wow. 
Thanks so much for EVERYONE who came - I was thrilled with the event turnout and we had a wonderful time making the spiral and calling, and Ireen's bahro imitations... and doing mass beckons and leans and writing poetry! The five hours FLEW by. Nick White even stopped in for a chat.
I was thrilled with the turnout - and while I didn't get to see Yeesha's appearance I am ABSOLUTELY FLOORED that she showed up, even for a moment!
Proof that we explorers can make things happen without conflict - that we can band together and things can happen... thank you all so, so much for your support, your attendance if you could, your thoughts if you couldn't, and for making this event a success even BEFORE Yeesha appeared. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
