Thought this might be a fun thread for us to try....

You know you have been in the Cavern too long when:

You tell the roofing and siding guy, "No roof, please and I would like Nara siding....."

You look for your linking book at the end of the day at work to link home....

You answer the phone, "Shorah."

I would like to see what others come up with!

You find yourself amazed that you knocked over a construction barrier.

You openly ridicule parachuters for relying on 'a bunch of cloth on strings'.

(Saw this elsewhere) When confronted by a locked door, you check to see if your watch is still working.

You can't skip to the middle of a notebook, but have to flip through EACH FRAGGING PAGE individually. Wink

You commonly check to see if books have Linking Panes.

You have heard the Bahro while in a public place outside the Cavern.

You watch the 'Caves' episode of that mini-series Planet Earth (on the Discovery channel, it's awesome!) and when they talk about discovering a spectacular cave in southern New Mexico in 1986 - for a moment you are utterly, completely, BLINDINGLY convinced the next segment is going to be about D'ni, and then it isn't and you are bummed.

(Becuase I did this last night. Though, afterwards I checked and saw that D'ni was rediscovered by humanity in 1987, not '86. Still, I was close!)

when...
you seen a wet floor sign with a picture of a guy falling over backwards and you think it's a Myst sign. (This almost happened.)
