If this game uses the MTG rules, they're the offense and defense power of the creature (or in this case, explorer). You know, if you want to make this into an actual card game to play at Mysterium and such, my friend makes little polymer clay cones that could be used as the cone pieces. She originally made them for me so I could have a mini-conehenge set for my computer desk, but they could easily be used for this game as well.

You can not recieve any reward tokens in an age which has a time token on it. Therefore, in order to recieve the reward for the pod ages, you have to have removed all the time tokens.

Victoria Almond, or Tor'i, is the head Quality Control guru at Cyan. She's also apparently involved with Rehearsal testing, since she posted the "who wants to help with Rehearsal?" thread. Makes sense - quality control, on-going beta testing...
