Nope no links to the top of the Arch, it is however easy to fly to in Complete Chronicles.

Is there an image capture program that zooms? We could really use it now.
Well you can zoom but that just makes the pixels bigger. The closest thing is to increase the resolution used by MOUL.

UGH!!! I've been in the city most of the day watching, but since I have such a crappy computer, when the number of people started climbing I got kicked out....twice! So, now I can't get back in. What's going on? Has anything new happened since about 5pm central time?
I'm going to miss it all and I'm so upset. [sniffle] Ryobi is sad.

Bahro were landing and wandering about. That's what happened.
However.. the bahro were having troubles with visiblity.. hitting the same bugs we do. Not everyone could see them.. I doubt it was intentional as it wasn't just peole with Yeesha shirts like first though. I even jokingly suggested relinking to fix, and some bahro did.
Considering we had a stealth ResEng sighting at a link-in spot (If you watch, sometimes they're visible for a second before cloaking kicks in) I think we know who was in 'costume'. And unfortunately they're suffering the same problems as us.. notably vis bugs, and lots and lots of lag (lots of bahro were running into walls or jumping about).
The irony is that even if this was nothing resembling what Cyan had planned, it still works for the story. Unless the bahro were to do something more dramatic than appear walking about.

Alonside with these Barhos flying in circle the are also the lake looks somewhat dryer. I noticed that we see the bottom of it along the dock.
Any explanations ?

probably because no one is still working on lighting the lake, so more of the algae are flat out dying

The lake hasn't changed in appearance... there's always been that scum of dead algae along the edge of the docks.
