Thank you all who posted in this thread opinions and facts.

I just wanted to point out that regardless of the time frame it can take for Cyan to get control again of Myst Online Uru Live (MOUL) that the guilds will continue to grow in abilities, cooperation, connectivity and content.

That it will surely be interesting for Cyan and everyone else interested to watch the fans and guilds members to grow the Uru game content of story, new ages, new puzzles and more. And if and when Cyan does get the ability to reintroduce a MOUL 3 game, I am pretty sure that the available new ages and stories created during the wait will have become of the quality and standards to which Cyan could make use of them by means of setting standards for them to be implimented and/ or incorporated into the next MOUL game.

I read through the forum threads enough to see that the tools to create new and pull together old Myst games content is evolving quicky, in spite of others objections and protests. Wanted or not, liked by all or not, fan created Uru content will be made and eventually, played one way or another. My point being that Cyan's Myst games and Uru Live has demonstrated such a a devoted fan base and popularity in that licenses and copy rights have not in the past nor will likely in the future stop the games continuation and evolution. That private hacked shards are probably already running and growing new game content while perfecting the bugs out of the old. Please do not mistake my post here about my obsevations and opinions be mistaken for my condoning what is against the law or morally unkind or fair to Cyan, developers, etc...

If I recall right, there is already a few threads for that debate going on.
