I found out the hard way that not all ISPs are friendly to the email Cyan sends out. This would be a good place to compare notes on which ISPs/mail hosts work and which don't.
I spent the first 24 hours from the first opening of MO:ULagain waiting in vain for an email to arrive. The problem in my case was not with Cyan's server, but with my ISP; Comcast. I sent several email requests that were to go to my comcast email address, but none of them has ever made it, even to today. I switched to my yahoo account, and got the reply almost immediately. In my case it was in the normal inbox, though some have reported they had to look in their spam folder for it. But even that is better than Comcast.
WARNING --- WARNING -- WARNING --
IF YOU ARE USING A COMCAST ACCOUNT and did not receive your email from Cyan yet, you can stop waiting since you aren't going to get one at all. Open a free email account with Yahoo, or Google's Gmail seems to work well too, and you are likely to be in business the next time the Cyan servers are set to create new accounts again.
I understand that people have been having a similar problem with Hotmail.
So, let's hear from those of you that got the email. What was your ISP or mail host and what was your experience?
