Welcome back to URU! It's definitely time for a PARTY!! The Guild of Maintainers is sponsoring a Cavern-wide weekend-long BLOCK PARTY BASH, and YOU'RE INVITED! Get together, have fun, get back in touch with old friends and make some new ones. Welcome back to the Neighborhood! Welcome back to the Cavern!

The PUB CRAWL: Each party day has a pub attached to it. Are you in-between activities or just want a change in atmosphere? Stop by the day's pub and hang out!

March 5: Just Getting Warmed Up

9am - 2pm Cavern Time: Eder Gira Garden Party (Guild of Maintainers' Eder Gira)
** Activities **
9am Cavern Time: Eder Gira memorial photo shoot with Crazyraider312! There will be a Maintainers photo -- anyone who'd like to be in it, please wear a red hard hat and optionally the Maintainer T-shirt. Other groups should contact Crazyraider (KI#: 670418) to coordinate their photos!
A Marker Mission for Eder Gira will be available; contact Jishin (KI#: 82165) for a copy.

*Evening area: Eder Delin (Guild of Maintainers' Bevin)
6pm-whenever: Eder Delin Garden Party

Door-solving, snowball fights, hot cocoa, ghost stories

March 7: The Kadish Rave

Since these are private ages, they'll need to send you an invitation which will make it available to you in your Nexus under the "Private Ages" heading.

Tom'Val -- you can use your KI to send KI-mail in the Cavern. I find that the easiest thing to do is to add the buddy that you want to send it to first. You can either do this on the Buddies screen and put in the KI number (in this case, 38486), or you can just type /addbuddy 38486 in the main chat window. You will add Guild of Maintainers to your buddy list. (This is a single avatar that we are using to host the Guild of Maintainers' Bevin and group Ages -- you won't reach the entire guild this way. )

Once you've added the buddy, you can click on the book icon on your KI interface, which will open up a blank journal page. Type your message in there, and be sure to include your KI number (found on the bottom right of your expanded KI). This is very important because KI-mail does not indicate KI number when you receive it. This message will save in your KI. It will be filed under the icon that looks like a bunch of square boxes (left of the Buddy icon), in the Age you wrote it in. (Yeah, I know, this is SO intuitive. )

To send it to the Guild of Maintainers, click on the Guild of Maintainers name in your buddy list. It will then appear above the three icons (square boxes, buddies, widgets). Click the square-boxes icon, scroll to the Age you wrote the journal in, and click on the title of the journal entry. A triangle should pop up to the right of the Guild of Maintainers name, pointing at Guild of Maintainers. Click the triangle to send the message.

Hope that helps! If it is too confusing, you can always PM andy legate either here on this forum or on the Guild of Maintainers forum with your KI number instead.

Just to let everyone know, my availability for pictures outside of this general time block is heavily dependent on my... erm, availability. You may also contact me via PM on the GoMa forums. I might also be able to do photography for other events, but again, what I'm doing outside of the cavern determines whether or not I can work at an event. Peace, folks!
