... when you think that the DRC, Yeesha, the Cavern, D'ni and the Ages are real.

... when you'd love a linking book instead of walking to somewhere.

... when you are thinking more IC than OOC.

But... Aren't they real? I thought Cyan had a secret basement of books!

I almost said shorah to my boss the other day. Unfortunately I stopped at sh-, which may have been worse. He gave me a funny look but didn't say anything.

That may have been worse... If you said the whole thing, then you could have explained it I guess...

I can't even watch a simple movie without something reminding me of Myst or Uru. This week it was Marco Polo (2007 made-for-TV movie starring Ian Somerhalder), and the scene where they first enter the palace of Kublai Khan. They're walking up the great stairs that lead to the entrance, and it's two parallel sets of stairs with a flat raised area between them, decorated with ornate carvings, and wham, I'm taken out of the movie and wondering whether the designers of Ae'gura were inspired by this real historical site -- or whether the designers of the movie set were inspired by Uru.

How FUNNY, I just watched the same movie last week and the same thought came to my mind at the stairs Cool Cool But I still don't feel I've been long enough in Cavern... Cool Cool Cool

When you have a dream that Yeesha lives in your town and you need her to save the civilization in your favorite age.

When you're reading a poem and it mentions touching a book and you instantly think of linking books.

You know you've been in the Cavern too long when...

- You wonder what what you've just said is in D'ni.
- You want to use a linking book to get out of a stressful situation.
- You want to send people you don't like to a Prison Age.
- You franticly use Google Earth to find the Cleft.
- You add random entries to lists to bring the number of entries to a multiple of five.

You go to Ae'gura and it is only you there

You get your 2nd avatar online to join you in Ae'gura

Your 2nd avatar can zip but you can't

Your 2nd avatar is more popular than you when Ae'gura starts to get busy

You get net 6'd but your 2nd avatar doesn't

You definitely know you've been in Uru too(o?) long when:

You try to convert everyone you know online to MOULa. (And yes, I tried to convert my last two RL girlfriends and a couple of my nephews. Sigh. Where's the straitjacket?)
