The idea was to create a Guitar Hero type of game with markers. Unfortunately, because Uru sets the avatar to ghost when on a moving object, the markers don't collide, and don't get picked up.

It looks cool, though. Sort of like the close up concept views of Saturn's rings and stuff like that.

If you jump in place on the very end piece of the rotating platform, you can grab the markers. If anybody wants to try Gahreesen Hero, the marker game is with Esreton, KI#00184460. Send him a KI message if you want to give it a try.
