Are you searching with the iBooks app I don't see it searching the app store either, only through IBooks app search. . .

Yes, I am searching from within the iBooks app, don't worry, I know what I'm doing... 
I have a feeling its a location issue... I live in Croatia.

Yes, it must be a location issue. Here in the Netherlands, I can only download free books from the Gutenberg project through iBooks.

A location problem would make sense. Publishing agreements get complicated when they cross borders.

strange that while it is not avilable in the international apple stores it is available internationally for kindle... for extra $2 download tax of course.

The Myst Reader isn't in the Canadian iBooks store.

Not in the UK iBooks store either, unfortunately. Hopefully it'll show up one day.

the book is available in the Kobo ebook store internationally. they have a free iPad app also with many feature. there were no problem at all using my visa issued in Belgium ... if anyone interested and cannot wait until Apple starts the real bookstores for nonUS users.
