you should have another try at the Cider wrapper. It seems to be the best Mac implementation at the moment. It doesn't have the issues with misshapen cursors and sound buzzing that most other Wine implementations seem to have.

Just got it working in Cider. Wow, you weren't kidding. The difference is night and day. The cleft was only semi-playable under WINE, now you'd might think it was running natively! I hope Cyan can use this officially some how down the road.

you know, worst case scenario, someone has to make an emulator. How bad can it be? *thinks back to this afternoon playing Ocarina of Time on poorly done emulator*

Well, to the end-user, playing under WINE or Cider is like emulation even if it technically is not.
