pros and cons of each area (as i see it)
kemo - laggy for me anyway... also, rain delays...
gira - uneven terrain... oh, and a fiery cravass...
tsogal - i'd take delin over tsogal any day; the question is tho... which bevin?
delin - snow time!! woot! again, which bevin?
minkata - the lag... oh good maker have mercy the lag (again, for me anyway)
also, people switching it from day to night is disruptive
bevin - which one?
ae'gura (private) - impossible... only neighbors of a bevin hood can access that bevin's ae'gura instance; no shareing or invites will work (shareing will send the person to the public city, the d'ni city book in relto is unusable by visitors)
relto - laggy, depending on which pages are set; also, that's a lot of sharing needed to bring people there...
phill's relto - not everyone has access to it if they haven't found it yet... but, it's an out of the way public instance
jalak - people fiddling with the jalak ki controlls is gonna be troublesome; also small, and for me laggy...
k'veer - awesome place!! too bad not everyone has access to it if they haven't found it yet...
some other suggestions...
kirel/watcher's sanctuary(pub) - public and seldom frequented; easily avaliable from the nexus...
ahnonay - you'd be stuck to a single sphere...
er'canna - it's vast; too big for a party?
my money's on bevin (tsogal or delin included for that matter) or phill's relto (more commonly possessed than k'veer which generally takes the entier game to obtain) still, public k'veer is more readily avaliable on the nexus for those who have it... also rarely frequented (private k'veer is an instance of the hood city and can't be shared with anyone who isn't a neighbor) but, phill's relto is still easilly accessable via teledahn or a city link (for those who know it's there) no sharing necessary (or even possible for that matter) i'd also vouch for kirel or the watcher's pub (aka sanctuary)
while the public city kahlo pub is a good spot... it may be too public for a party...
also, the pyramid in kadish is an excellent place for a rave!! kadish is easily accessable through invite, vast yet concise in its arrangement, and features a handy dandy nexus link (albeit far from the pyramid) though, the shadow path would suffice were it not for the odd viewpoint in third person...
gahreesen is too compartmentalized, and the interrior spaces have an akward layout for a gathering...
