Try mystcommunity -> Playing the Games -> Technical Support. There are several threads about running the Myst Games successfully on the Mac.

I've been able to get Exile to start (from the 10th Anneversary DVD, haven't tried the four disks yet), however it doesn't recognize the disk in the slot. I haven't tried IV or V so I can't say much for them.

I don't know where it is, but somebody on Mystcommunity (maybe) had a custom installer for Myst 5 that works great for installing it on Intel. Runs perfectly on mine.

I just used wine to do windows-install of Myst IV on my intel Mac, works great. The movies get distorted a bit, but other than that, It's MYST on a mac!

Myst IV works on snow leopard with an intel Mac, you just need to do a wine install.
This works for some people:

But I'm pretty sure the wine install works for all macs.

I thought all prints of Myst IV included both PC and Mac software, so that there is no Mac-only version. Am I wrong?

But this person says it installed but crashes, I just installed Snow Leopard. Are you running the game fine now?

I am running the mac version of Myst IV perfectly on my Intel Mac with Snow Leopard...Not in Wine.
