i actually managed to hassle my way on with one of my main avvies (no pun) but this came after a few set active player fail's which followed updates of 10 mins plus give or take...

... surprisingly enough, once i was on i had one of only two crash free days i've ever had...

there was certainly an epic turn out!! wowza! never before have i set eyes on so many people in once place here in Myst Online!! (and i'm not the only one who's said that) one things for sure is that many of the awol veterans still actually do have URU accounts... so many new faces and old all crammed into ae'gura, kirel and the healers hood... the only ppl who were missing was anyone from Cyan (or were they...?) i never spent more than a few mins with the party goers as the lag was attrocious... but even though we didn't get to celebrate with Cyan it was certainly an epic turnout!!

though my explorer name made the list i was only an occasional attendee... still, much activity there (that list does seem rather short to me ) so much so it boggled my mind! too bad there aren't any Rands or Watsons or Chogons or the like on the list but here's hoping they celebrated MOULa's aniversary in a suitable fashion! i think we borked an attendence record with that one!!

A most heartfelt and sincere Thank You! to all those who joined members of the Guild of Healers on Sunday to commemorate that wonderful event a year ago. We capped the city (twice), moved to the Hood, capped Kirel and threatened to do so again! I was thrilled to see so many old "faces" and to meet many new ones. I add my thanks to Ktahdn, Ashtar, and Jane, and to you as well, Tai. Look at that list! No wonder you were so tired by the time we finally closed down (almost an hour overtime). You have been busy!

Every person who joined us, accidentally, occasionally, or otherwise, added something unique to the group. We filled the ages to capacity not only with persons but with the gladness that we were still able to be together. At times it was so overwhelming all we could do was laugh and CTRL+4 until we fell onto a heap on the floor. I do thank CrisGer for the pillow...

Superbowl fans kept each other informed as they danced.

I hope I am around to see many such Anniversary celebrations. It was really quite astounding to experience.
