Times are UTC, so you'll have to convert (Subtract 4 hours for EDT or 6 hours for KI Time). It will be hosted in either the fun house or the hood of illusions. A bot will be set up to link everybody there. (How cool is that?)

Note that I'll be starting on Thursday. Leo wanted a 24-hour party, which would nominally be a Thursday 9PM start, KI time. I think. Anyway, I'm going to start early: 7P KI time, 6P Pacific. I'll go three hours or so and then another DJ will take over.

Well... more correctly, it'll be held at the Hood of Illusions' /City/. =) You'll need to head to the Hood of Illusions itself, and pm the bot, to get sent to the City (as in, Ae'gura), though. =)

Congrats on the 1000th post, LC.

But midnight UTC is 6 PM KI time (5 PM Pacific), so if you start at 7 PM KI time you'll actually be starting an hour late.

(Edit: Hoping that didn't sound abrupt. Just trying to forestall timezone confusion!)

Ghaelen sent me an interesting idear... if the Grey Hats are going to have to ship us all to a particular City instance, is there a chance they can got a bit farther and ship folks to the Tokotah Rooftop? We haven't had a good, old-fashioned Up On the Roof! party in ages and it would be fun to run my set up there. Would this work? I don't know who to ask about this.

Mmh, well I was thinking about the Ferry Terminal, but I guess the roottop could work too. The only problem could come if we have a really big attendance, high density of avatars->more lag.

It's not my party but I personally don't like the idea. Plus, with my activity time slot, explorers will need city access fast. I foresee lots of scrambling around if we have a large crowd then.

I think it will be all right, usually people are polite and wait on each other to link, forming lines.

There's no reason why the party has to be in the same place for the entire time, is there? We could start off up on the roof and move down at some later point.
