I just bought a new laptop lastweek. It's equiped with a Nvidia GT555M (much faster than my old HD2600XT). But the problem now is, I couldn't run MOULa from the old folder where the client is located before. Dialog pops up saying Physx is not installed, although I've already had lastest Nvidia's Physx binded with the VGA driver. Do I really need to stay on the old Physx driver to let it run?
It really makes me uncomfortable, it's like you have DX11 and now a game requires you to install DX6 otherwise it won't run!

The answer is probably yes and the comparison with DirectX is apt. Direct X9 and DirectX 10 (Vista) and Direct X9 and DirectX 11 (Windows 7) run in parallel to enable games developed on an XP platform to still play.

Are you sure you got the latest physx ? Afaik know Nvidia supports very old physx versions and I had no problems with the newest ones.

Edit: you may need to run the launcher as administrator, also I'm wondering, did you reinstall MOULa or copy-pasted it?

Install the latest PhysX System Software. They will work with any old versions of PhysX. Ignore any suggestions to the contrary.
