I was thinking of creating a chess club in the Cavern. My idea was to have a Hood where we could meet and play chess via chat, or through an online chess program. Nothing fancy, just Uru and chess. Would anyone be interested in joining me?

Just as I was formulating the idea I got really busy with events outside of the Cavern. I'm not sure I have the time to devote to anything formal, but I'll start a Hood where people can meet. My KI # is 02849699 if anyone wants to send me a PM. I can add you as a member to the Hood so that you can post announcements, events, game outcomes, chess puzzles etc., on the imager.

I'm also checking out Chess sites online for actual gameplay.

Their is a chess age available in some of the multi player environments where the fan made ages are, If you guys wanna use it tell me what else you think it needs as far as updates are concerned

I haven't yet figured out how to access fan made Ages, although such a thing would be ideal. It would also be nice if someone could take advantage of open source to put chess boards in one of the Hoods. But I have no idea how open source works, so maybe that isn't even a practical option.
