I've been looking at some of these fragments, adn I've managed to piece some of them together to make English words and phrases. It's actually rather easy.

Here are the marker locations for those who are stuck. The fragmented clues can also be found below.
Note: There are a total of 39 markers.
1 in Relto 2 in Kadish
1 in Eder Delin 3 in Baron's/Sharper's Office

Painted on Wall: Three red circles, numbered 1 to 3, arranged to form a triangle, then below the D'ni numbers 221312

The remaining markers seem to only display notes rather then clues.

Success! I have managed to reconstruct the message from the fragments! I will post it here, so don't look if you want to do it by yourself.
Night is falling. We do not have long. Only the Forbidden Power will save us now. I leave an unimaginable treasure to the worthy; Alas, I cannot do more. I dare not speak of the Rift. I will hide the four keys. I am Inshir. Goodbye.

Thanks. It took me countless burts of inspiration but minimal trial and error. Now we have the secrets of the fragments, let's start work on the rest.

I think the word EOCLKISHRHETE - the cipher, and it is associated with a triangle and the numbers.

I think EOCLKISHRHETE it's a letter for making the English phrase. But it is too difficult for me.

Gregorian, can you PM me the rest of the marker messages, please?
I've looked at the string of letters, and I can't find any other meaningful combinations other than 'The lock is here'. And those numbers may be some sort of sequence for a combination lock, denoted by the red circles. Any thoughts?
