Hello,
I won't tell all the story behind this openly to all the community but will tell enough details so you can help me:
The first account I created for URU was a shared account. We were 2 using it. With the passing of time, the other explorer used his account and I kept the "common" account. That account is still linked to his email address but...his email address is no longer valid since at least 1 year, it got blocked.
I made some room in my many accounts (20 in grand total) cutting from 100 avatars to approximately 80 avatars. So I have room to switch avatars from one account to the other.
My main issue is that since it was the "original" account, it holds the infamous "Annabelle" on it. I would like to know if Cyan support can do "account switching" for avatar on request?
Is there a risk with that action?

I'm asking that because I had to go thru some account changes on other shards and it went all well, but here I need to move 5 avatars. I can't just move them all in 1 block. Some will have to go in 1 account, some in a 2nd account and some in a 3rd account. And there's "Annabelle" on the table too.
