Brief description of the journey:

This journey is an awesome one but will be rather hard for most explorers. It's one of the tougher. Into Darkness is really well named as you will be most of the time surrounded by nothing more than dark.

Gahreesen being a fortress, a prison & a training center is not the most inviting age but it has its own charm. Once in a relative darkness or completely in the dark, I hope you'll find it as I found it the first time I explored it in may 2010.

I still go there with enjoyment following nothing more than the marker ahead not even seeing my avatar in some occasions.
The Maintainers' Training Wall is disabled as you should know. Nevertheless, each of my quests inside the fortress (2nd building) but one will make you end there. Each of the quests with its own way.

In the darkness, you'll see other hidden gems.

There's some quests that doesn't get you into darkness so to speak but I decided to include them into this journey as they are all located inside Gahreesen.

Additional Info:

All the quests are standalone. In the fortress, there are just 2 entrances to the darkness so you'll soon find that it was easier just to make routes going from point A to point B and not trying to connect them together. In the 1st building, it's almost the same situation.

"Gahreesen Rings" and "New Rings" quests are not my usual type of quests. You'll be able to grab only the first 7 markers of each quest, that's it. But I explain how I made the "rings" possible in those markers.

For the "Gahreesen Prison Area" quest, you must go to the top of the fortress in the outdoors, it's the thoughest quest I ever published though, be warned! <---UPDATED (March 9th, 2012)

Greetings once again, fellow explorers!

Skydiver Annabelle has once again outdone herself with this massive new quest! Placed within forbidding confines of the abandoned Maintainer fortress, it totals a whopping 16 individual quests and 1264 markers!!! Ever wanted to explore the lost depths of Gahreesen? Well, here’s your chance!

What will be revealed in this newest journey? To start off, each individual quest is standalone, but the important thing to know is that at times the journey will be dark…*So* very dark. Tour the link-in point, the wilds of the outdoors, plus the dank cells of the forlorn souls who met their final demise here, lost and forgotten to all. Other parts are bit trickier: You will assail the heights of Maintainer’s fortress, climb the legendary training wall, tour the “Rings” of Gehreesen, plus a few other dark patches.

You’re not afraid of a bit of darkness, are you???
