Alright folks, I've got the server up for those who may wish to listen to the humming wherever they are. You can tune in here: http://moulahumcast.nintendoaddict.com/index.php

From there you can choose to listen in your browser, or in a media player with a .pls file (which should also work on mobile devices... I tested it on my iPhone and it works like a charm).

I'll have it up for a few hours tonight playing Myst music so feel free to tune in.

EDIT: Okay, it will stream Myst music all the time now. I am a fan of this AutoDJ mode...
EDIT2: And I promise I won't throw Wham! into the mix tomorrow Wink Just was experimenting.

1 hour remains and even if we never eat or sleep that's still only 60 minutes.

I would like to thank everyone who participated, the event went well and I think everyone had a good time, although we did not see a Cyan employee Sad
Oh, one more thing, I would like to thank the Guild Of Writers for the use of their mumble server.

EDIT: I forgot to thank Tanshin for forwarding my Mumble chat to his stream.

You actually went and did that to them too? That's evil, Tan. Razz

Yay, looks like everyone had a good time. Sorry I couldn't make it. Maybe we can coax a Cyan employee in for the next party. Wink

You know what I miss? Visits from the official characters. It'd sure be nice to see Douglas Sharper, or Watson, or Nick, or the DRC again.

So how 'bout it, Cyan? What are the chances we can get a visit some time? Very Happy

If I recall, Cyan has to pay actors for those roles, and they haven't the money...

...yet. Wink

Well, not outside actors, but they still have to pay for the time spent playing a character instead of working on something that turns a profit.

When Sutherland & Kodama visited the weekend of the cavern re-opening, both indicated they enjoyed re-visiting the cavern as ordinary explorers without DRC responsibilities. I get the impression they would like to do that more often, but don't out of fear that every word they speak will be chatlogged and debated. A ten-minute visit would cost Cyan very little; it's the fallout that takes up too much of their time.

I hope there's still a chance one of them might visit, but don't count on Sharper or Nick; both have far too much baggage. Wink

Yes, I've suspected that the reason the DRC members have not reappeared is because of the reaction it would cause. Rather than having a calm and casual chat, crowds might flood them with questions and expect them to make regular appearances going forward. There would also be disappointment when nothing new storywise is announced.

It makes sense that the only characters we have seen Cyan role play since the reopening are Bahro on rare occasions. Otherwise, the Cyan folks just appear as themselves / RestEngs (which, again is rare to see) or possibly go unnoticed as common explorers. Rand's public appearances are the best we have gotten.
