I am suffering here. For some reason I cannot log onto the cavern, either Moula or TOC. The dialogue box freezes at initialising patcher and that's it..../me tries not to panic.... someone please tell me - are all the Aussies locked out or just me?

Sorry, A'na, I can easily log in to both, MOULa and TOC, so there might be no
general server issue ... Just try again, sometimes one can experience connection
issues (in Australia or just you) or one needs to reboot etc ... Wishing you much luck ...

Have you checked your firewall settings to see if it has proper permissions?

Something like this can happen if there is a new patcher to be installed (that hasn't been installed yet on your machine).

Try RIGHT-Clicking on the Uru Launcher icon, and choose "Run As Administrator". See if that solves the problem.

Thanks guys. I ran a virus scan, rebooted and begged it, and it worked. I'm not really all that tech savvy about what's inside the box. It could be sandwich-eating gremlins for all I know. I was just worried in case it had disappeared and no one told me.

Now I do feel dim. The problem has returned. Would reinstalling both accounts work... would I lose my progress? I haven't installed anything else onto my pc lately. Can someone check the wires under the Pacific ocean, make sure the Bahro haven't been nibbling them again?

Your progress is stored on the server AFAIK and not on you client. So all you might lose would be the KI pics you have taken (unless you back them up (highly recommended (tm)).

Agreed. My sister lost all her Gametap KI pictures because of a computer crash.

You have to stop feeding them and they might get fed up not getting feed so they will move elsewhere.

The last time I saw you online was during a FH event held in january if not before. There have been some updates since 2 at least so your client might be too old and not be recognized.

Why don't you just redownload the game from this site and reinstall it?
