I know your right!

Doh!
Here is what I have tried thus far and my results;
1- Installed Uru: Ages Beyond Myst (UABM) created 2 player names and played thru.
2- Installed Uru: To D'ni that installed into UABM game and I played the Player Avatars I made thru.
Later added a saved Player avatar file # number into the .sav folder and it played with additional game features.
3- Installed Uru: The Path of the Shell
(Not CC PotS) and it installed into (over?) the UABM & TO D'NI installation.
I lost one of the Player Avatars from the installation:
Noted: Uru ABM & UTD (To D'ni is included in The Path of The Shell)
Added a saved Player avatar file # number into the .sav folder and it worked.
4- Uru Complete Chronicles (UCC): Installation searches for copies of UABM & TO D'NI games and prompts you to delete them, if you want to install the UCC game. As of yet, unable to figure out how to hide the other formerly installed games from the UCC installation. (Tried Install of UCC into several other seperate program file paths)
5- Installation of: Uru Live (MOULa) has remained unaffected from the other game installs.
6- Uninstalled: Deep Island, TOC and Gehn Shards I uninstalled for later reinstallation.
I have sense reinstalled these games using different Ubi Soft (Ubi Soft / Ubi-Soft / UBISOFT) program names for each game installation. Along with the use and non use of the Cyan Worlds file folder. The results were the same.
They somehow merge and detect one another and become connected, as their file information crosses over or appears in the others location.
The desktop Launch Icon gets replaced with each new installtion of that game.
Tried to Copy/Paste each games launch Icon for each onto the desk top, but it failed to work.
However, I did discover you could launch seperate games using their setup file launch from within the games files.
Installing all 4 games or even 2 with UCC is beyond my knowledge and skill sets to do.
Unless someone who knows posts the information here, then I'll just keep at it with looking around and trial & error methods.
I was trying to recreate the game conditions I believe I had when I played the one with the extra features I Posted about. Back in those days, I believe had been helped with having them all installed and playing separately.
I have also been experimenting with installing saved avatar names into the various Games that I did get installed and running.
If you put the avatar save file number into the .sav folder it will show up in the drop down menu of the game you launched that allows you to chose which player to play. However, if the avatar is from another game like, UABM game with a PotS avatar save folder number, it won't play and will prompt you for that games CD.
NOTE: Since each games require’s the CD for it to be played, what ever avatar player save file you chose will play, if you put in the CD for it and if that game version installation exists on your hard drive.
It's not like you install the game, take out the installation game CD and can then play any one of them by just launching their desktop Icons.
Oh and I won’t even bother to post about how all my desktop icon game launch experiments, other than to say they went Nowhere! What a mess!
You must have each games CD in your computer in order get that game to run to play it.
I had thought initially this would all take a few days for me to do.
Get a copy of each game installed and test my avatar file number saves in each.
I can see now that I may never be able to reproduce the proof necessary.
I presumptiously thought that I could simply rebuild the same game platform conditions, since I had all the game CD’s and patch files.
What I hadn’t considered, was all the technical support fixes and down loads available to us all at that time to fix and get those games working.
I had resigned myself to perhaps just install my UCC PotS game and play thru and test what ever avatar player file numbers I could find to see what it had and maybe discover those features again.
But 2 long installation attempts got me this; CRC error: C:\ Program Files\Ubi-Soft\dat\Bahrocave02_District_Cave.prp doesn’t match setup’s . Cab file. "I hit the retry button a zillion times", but in the end had to hit ignore to continue the installation both times.
I started playing thru my 2nd installation game and in Er’cana Age when I tried linking thru the bahro cave stone link by the pellet machine, I crashed and got another error message.

"game files corrupted try reinstalling the game"

SHEESH!
I’m probably more persistent than most people are and I’m not saying I’m giving up yet. But this is and will no doubts take some considerable time to work out.
