BTW foks, I have to cancel the Meditation this Sunday (Mother's Day). I have an unexpected invitation to a "mothering" event right in the middle of the day. It is a very good friend who has been ill. My apologies. We'll meet next week for another C&C Assembly then in two weeks for a meditation.

We always seem to be moving at top speed these days in the belief that it makes us more productive. In fact, that is often not the case. A 20-40 minute relaxation session allows your mind to clear and your body to re-balance itself.

Note:: I went into the Cavern this morning (Sunday) to make the Hood public. I could not see it toggle while in the Nexus, so I'm not sure it worked. If it isn't public, let's meet in Kirel and then decide to stay there or go to another Hood. I'll try to come in about 30 minutes early today - we're in two worlds so it gets a bit hectic to talk in both worlds at once AND talk on the air. I apologize in advance if my response times are slow
