This is my latest from this morning. I had linked to a friends Ahnonay and he had just linked to Cathedral from Water.
This happened yesterday in another one with someone else. I want to help them but this can't keep happening.

I have one other from the first day when I tried twice to open in a window.
I have experienced a lot of lag and I tired to link form Ercana after AFK for extended period and could not push button on pellet machine so linked to Silo and then froze.

I'm attempting to load the game. I log in, it updates and goes to the book screen with spinning circle then this happens



If I click ok on the stack error, it just remains black screen so I just force quit[/img]

I have something similar that happens after each time I log in...however the exception type is "unknown"
I'm not able to enter the game anymore because of this.

Exactly how do I send a "ticket" to the http://support.urulive.com ? - I get a 403 error when I open the link

oh and I'm using a Mac...I'm thinking that might have something to do with it, however I haven't had any issues until now

The support ticket system is now located at: http://support.cyanworlds.com/index.php
This is listed on the "Play" tab.

However, in all probability, you'll get more help through these forums, especially for Mac, than through Cyan's support at this time. If you can supply any details of the error report, then I'm sure someone will be able to offer some assistance.

Charura: Are you on linux/max? the image in your post certainly doesn't look like its taken on a linux box or a mac...

Shorah,
my problem is a bit different from yours: Uru Live works on my Ubuntu Linux system with wine, everything works well (a bit slow but tolerable), except for my avatar's face and hands, that are actually invisible! I can only see my avatar's eyes, mouth, clothing (legs if she's wearing shorts), shoes and KI. The rest of graphics is perfect. Audio problems solved, no problems with the cursor. Is someone having the same problem?
I'm running Ubuntu Maverick 10.10, with wine 1.3.
CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3000+,
Video card Ati Radeon 9600.
