Our dear friend and long-time Uru community member, Svigermor suffers from arthritis and is currently facing the prospect of a serious operation for a collapsed spinal disc in about three months. In the meantime, she will be resting, taking medication and making trips to the hospital to be evaluated for the surgery. Typing is very difficult for her now, so she won't be online much, if at all, for awhile. But I'm sure she would appreciate reading any and all kind wishes you have for her, so please post them here.

Svig has always been one of the kindest and sweetest people I ever met in Uru and she deserves to be healthy and free of pain, so I'm keeping her in my thoughts and prayers.

Her good friend, Genny7 will keep us informed and post any news here or relay it through me to post for her.

I personally do not know of you, Svigermor, although I hope all goes well in your quest to get better...My next door neighbor had (I'm assuming) the same surgery and he is doing well after a bit of turmoil on the recovery road...hang in there and I know we will be there to welcome you back as always.

Oh dear! Svig is a good friend of mine, and I do so hope she feels better soon, my best wishes to her and her family, and of course the lovely Genny7 too =)

I've spent a great deal of time with Svig in SL, along with Genny. They both welcomed myself and Ri'ana into SL, and we were made to feel very welcome there.

I hope all goes well for dearest Svig, and my thoughts are with her.

Tai'lahr, did Svigermor ever informed herself about alternative ways of healing? ...

A few days ago I 'accidentally' (hehe, of course there are no accidents ... never )
stumbled upon some awesome and absolutely vital information while reading something

I would advice Svigermor ( whom i think i have never met } to put her faith in her doctors , not the internet , no matter how well meant.

Praying for Svigemor a speedy recovery to wellness and health.
My only advice is be your own Advocate to your health,listen to the doctors and be sure to inform them of any suppliments (vitamins and such) you take. Give them a complete med history from childhood upto now. You know how your body feels better than they do,have any questions ask them, and make sure they give you a complete answer and or options. Yes do use the Internet for information,that is what it is there for.
