PreelaPow is being shut down as I type.

There's not much we can do about those spambot registrations - we can't screen 400+ new accounts per day and it's been like that for maybe 2 years now. Since the requirement to join the "Explorers" group was introduced, only one, maybe two, have ever managed to make a forum post. However they can send PMs, but very few of these spam accounts actually do that (so far ).
