Post Posted: Tue Dec 05, 2006 2:18 pm — Post subject: Last Great Tree Episode B4 Launch! -Sides Are Chosen-

If all goes according to Cyan Worlds' and GameTap's plan, Myst Online: Uru Live launches in a few short weeks! Nobody is more excited than the irksome yet jolly folk at The Great Tree. And it is with this unbridled enthusiasm that we announce the release of Episode Three of the documentary series, The Story of The Great Tree........"Sides Are Chosen".

SEE!......Brian Fioca organize the disgruntled Explorers.

HEAR!......the conversations that reflect a growing discomfort at how the DRC conducts themselves.

There will be a break before the release of Episode 4 due to the holidays and of course the greatest holiday gift of all...the release of Myst Online!!

Another great job! I love the black and white flashbacks. Very nice touch. Keep up the good work. I did have one question, was Brian a real explorer, or an actor?

I'm pretty sure Brian was a real explorer - that is, I think I've seen him around since then.

Brian's a real guy. I met him at Mysterium this year. He lives in Seattle. His website is http://fioca.com/.

A real guy indeed. From his journal, Brian seems to be considering putting his real life ahead of his Uru life. That seems pretty level-headed.

I got a kick out of Rivenchan invoking the term "renegade explorers" at 5:18 in the film. I was not aware of the historical significance of it when I chose "Renegade" for the name of the kind of multiuser events I like to organize here. Well, the shoe fits anyway.

For some reason I thought he lived in Alaska. No idea why, though.

Perhaps because a part of his website says "moving to alaska"?

Well I suppose that's a good enough reason... Laughing

I knew he got married, I just didn't know he moved away from there.
