Hehe I don't remember anyone posting about this, but the first 30 times I saw this video I didn't notice fish in the lake

Wonder what kind they are? If you didnt notice them look toward the lower half of the video.

Do you mean this: fly-mode screenshot? Could be some kind of Koi.

I just don't see these fish. Anyone have a screen capture that shows them?

BoA mentions the presence of aquatic life in the lake, and Yeesha mentions befriending a tredfish in the harbor in Myst V, so we know there should be fish of some type there. I hope we get to see them some day. (Yeesha also mentions "senomars" in the Cavern, but it's not totally certain that she meant some type of lake life.)

There was a 'shark' in prologue that you could see better in 1st person if you stood next to the telescope in the hood. I haven't looked for it in Live.

At 0:59 you see a couple of fish jumping out of the water. They are nearer to the viewer than the unknown building.

Goofy, I'd never noticed them before you mentioned them either.

There are indeed, if you look closely, at least two fish clearly visible between 00:58 and 01:01.
