Pay for download?
I'm confused I complain when my 'unlimited' download service translates into 2 gig a week (for £17.99/mo). Change your provider your getting ript off

Fealinquen is in the Ukraine which I'm sure has quite a bit different telecommunications structure than the UK. What we take for granted is a bit more expensive in other countries. I'm just glad that we have some of our friends from that part of the world to visit with
