What's the significance of the two numbers in the lower right corner?

If this game uses the MTG rules, they're the offense and defense power of the creature (or in this case, explorer). In your turn you can use the explorer to attack your opponent and his offensive power is added to your total attack. The player defending can tap his own explorers to block the damage using their defensive power. Explorers who are overwhelmed die and are placed in your graveyard Cool

Find a website with the full MTG rules for more information. It's been at least 10 years since I played it myself.

Anyway, great cards! The quotes and special effects are awesome Laughing

*laughs* these rock!!

I can't wait to see more /thumbsup2

You know, if you want to make this into an actual card game to play at Mysterium and such, my friend makes little polymer clay cones that could be used as the cone pieces. She originally made them for me so I could have a mini-conehenge set for my computer desk, but they could easily be used for this game as well.

Great cards! The Minkata picture is awesome!

V. Almond? I've never even heard that name... is she a new ResEng, or just rarely on?

She is not on too often because she has a lot of other duties to fulfill as well.

I met her in the helpdesk age already.

@Mr. Cloak

It "Tetsonot", though "Testonot" sounds funny like "test, or not!" Wink

"While I realize that there are spelling errors in some places, I feel that I'd rather be working on new cards right now (even though I'm a bit understaffed). The spelling errors can be a bit annoying for some but it doesn't impact on the overall impression of the cards. I assure you that those little buggers will be fixed in the future when I have time for it. Right now however, my energy is put on bringing you new cards which is what we all want, right? Wink "

*ehem* Razz

I am sorry...I forgot to add an important line in there.

You can not recieve any reward tokens in an age which has a time token on it. Therefore, in order to recieve the reward for the pod ages, you have to have removed all the time tokens.

Victoria Almond, or Tor'i, is the head Quality Control guru at Cyan. She's also apparently involved with Rehearsal testing, since she posted the "who wants to help with Rehearsal?" thread. Makes sense - quality control, on-going beta testing...
