As you copied and pasted a link from the Maintainers forum containing this information, I would assume that you knew that if you read the whole thread. The discussion you linked also explains the following:

http://home.att.net/~cartographyguild/index.htm was the original site link (emphasis on the world was). It is no longer the correct link, nor is UruMap.com

I think the answer was given on the question from the OP.

I removed the other posts because they were:
- containing the same information.
- directed to one or more persons.
- far way Off Topic.

Problems between persons should be resolved by PM and not on the public forums.

If you have additional information you are welcome to post it here.
But please stay on topic.
