Post Posted: Sun Nov 09, 2008 1:34 pm — Post subject: My ideas for the Rezeero and other TD stuff

Hi!

These are many ideas for a new questy, which involves the Rezeero, the spyroom, the Great Shaft Eder Tomahn, and some other places. Like the "To D'ni" expansion pack. It is available for the Yeesha-followers only (normally. And that's just another idea I have, the followers-not followers thing).

The very beginning

There is no linking stone to the Eder Tomahn in Ae'gura.

There is an (doesn't appear when you start the journey- always there) entry in Sharper's journal in The Baron Office. It talks about the "To D'ni" arch symbol found by him in the antechamber of the Rezeero, removed by him, but coppied on a paper (also some hints about the spyroom loaction). My suggestion:

"month.day.year (whatever it is)

DRC found a new Yeesha thing in the Rezeero antechamber. Crazy. I remember that symbol. The arch symbol.
Anyway, they asked someone to remove it. I quickly came to the chamber and coppied it. No idea of it will return.
People said they found new things in the Rezeero courtyard.

Is she really going to tell people about Phil?

It brings memories... I guess I'll visit the spyroom again. Haven't been there for a lot of time. Are they going to the spyroom now? Can't fight it. Even a hidden hatch in the the Teledahn prisons won't stop them! They will find a way to get to the hatch when it's open. They have the Bahros. And it's not like they can't find the book together. Smart people, after all.

[sketch of the guild hall with dust/smoke covering it, as seen on phil's "death" in prologue]"

On the table, there is a note, with a sketch on it. It's a sketch of the arch symbol, "To D'ni" symbol.

'Hood

In the 'hood, there is no Rezeero book.

The glass is there, but no book.

Instead, there is a board near the pedestal (like the one in gahreesen). It says:

Thanks to all the explorers who contiburated in the Rezeero project!
A linking book to the Rezeero antechamber can be found in the Nexus.
DRC. [DRC signature]"

Nexus age

There is indeed a link to the antechamber of the Rezeero, in the Nexus machine (either if you did or didn't see the note. It's always there).

Once you link, a link to the antechamber is added to your city-links-book (normally).

Antechamber

Everything is the same. Regulary, you finish the first 15 markers and have access to the courtyard.

Courtyard

In the courtyard, something is changed.

On the way to the calibration chamber, left path, there is a painting on the wall, painted in blue (size- about the size of the "prime ages glyphs" in Eder Kemo). It shows these thing:

[Mushrooms.

Below them, bars.

Behind the bars, a book, with a panel on the right-hand page (linking book).

Below them all, the arch "To D'ni" symbol.]

What does it say?

Well... the mushrooms are teledahn... the bars are prison... the book... it's the spyroom! now players need to go to the spyroom (either if they never been there, or did once).

The Spyroom (1)

Relto stone to spyroom changes to linking book to spyroom.

Same place, same way to get there.

In the spyroom, there are several new things. But I'll talk about the other stuff in "spyroom 2":

Phil's Relto book is there. It will take you to the regular, public phil's relto.

The Spyroom (2)

Back to the spyroom, more changes:

On the wall, there is a note. It is in Sharper's handwriting, and gives DRC activity time (which should be all around the clock challenge players from all over the world). My suggestions:

"DRC activity time (KI time):

1:00 AM-2:00 AM
3:15 AM-3:30 AM
4:00 PM-6:00 PM
8:30 PM-9:15 PM
11:00 PM-11:20 PM"

The puzzle here works this way- players need to look through the telescope during unactive DRC times.

If they spy on the office during active times, they will find no board to look at, and ResEngs (and some other people) wandering around, linking through books, talking to each other (no voice). They will be NPCs, and they will arrive every 5-10 minutes.

However, during un-active times... no one is there. And, the board is there, and you can look at it. And on it is...

[Blue "To D'ni" arch symbol.

Below it, numbers. 2175, 58, -81.]

These are KI coordinates. You are about to finish this quest!

Remember, if you didn't finish the first marker mission, and don't have access to the courtyard yet, the board won't be there, in both active or un-active times.

Tokotah Alley

These coordinates lead you to the Tokotah Alley. In both personal or public Ae'gura, stand exactly on 2175 58 -81 . Once you do, you get a new KI message. Open your KI and look at the message. The sender is "???". It's entiteled "To D'ni", and says:

"2175, 58, -81.

Now there's a stone in the rubble."

5 seconds after you view the message, your KI closes. If you open the KI again, you will find out the message has been deleted.

Now, you can continue ONLY through the personal Ae'gura.

So, while in the personal Ae'gura, try to figure out the message. A stone in the rubble?

Well, the coordinates lead you to the Tokotah Alley... and there really is a rubble in the end of the alley... but what stone?

The linking stone! Look for a linking stone in the rabble at the end of the tokotah alley. If you are in public Ae'gura, there is nothing, but in personal Ae'gura... linking stone to the Eder Tomahn! (remember, the stone will appear ONLY after you got the message).

Eder Tomahn

KI light machine is off. The Eder Tomahn exit is blocked with a door.

The Relto page is still there. So is the journal.

There is a blue "To D'ni" arch symbol on the floor.

This is the end of this quest!

So, you like it? Smile

The stranger.

Just for your information: my ideas changed. They are almost the same, but there are few different things. Maybe I'll update later.
