there are lots of ways to visit with our fellow explorers at Mysterium.

I had initially opened this thread to invite you to a chat room that some members of the community have created, and hosted and kept open for over a year now to help new joiners and members of the community stay in touch. Since eveone else has many plans including what some are calling the "official" place to do so, have fun and enjoy.

Shorah and I look forward to seeing the Cavern open again when it can.

Traditionally there has been an "UnMysterium" party in CyanChat for anyone unable to attend the real-life gathering. There are almost always people at Mysterium who connect with laptops and act as relayers between CC and Mysterium.

We're hoping for log ins to SL, too - especially at Eder D'Uru which has eight residents attending. An imager has been set up for pictures they'll send to me and we're hoping a live video stream can be arranged. Eleri has created a special avatar, "Mysterium Portal" which I presume she is intending to allow attendees at the event to use to log in.

You can also join CyanChat through IRC here, or simply connect to chat.mystlore.com using IRC and join the #cyanchat channel. They all connect to the same chatroom, and they don't require you to create an account.

The official 2009 UnMysterium will take place (as usual) in CyanChat. Although people will be in the chat all weekend, there are times when we expect the chat to be quite full. We have made efforts to synchronize these times with the free time in the Mysterium itinerary so that Mysterium participants can give updates in chat.

Tomorrow, Friday July 31st starting at 15:00 UTC-7 (3:00pm Pacific time) until 0:00 UTC-7 (Midnight Pacific time) we will be having an UnMysterium party.

Other good gathering times are Saturday, August 1st from 19:00 UTC-7 (7:00pm Pacific time) 'til 0:00 UTC-7 (Midnight Pacific time) and Sunday, August 2nd from 9:00 UTC-7 (9:00am Pacific time) until 12:00 UTC-7 (noon Pacific time).

Well lthere you go, an Official place to stay in touch with Mysteriium.
