Pardon my necro. If I had to guess, I would say that Ghen is writing. While he has an adequate living quarters, he does not have a workshop in the building you link to. Nor, for that matter, a pantry or kitchen. I would guess there was not enough room for all these things in one place and so he divvied up the buildings as needed.
