This is Werkkzeug, a utility developed by a demoscene group called Farbrausch. Their demos are amazing to behold in quality and file size - And now, their tool for generating textures procedurally is available. This is a great tool for those looking to make unique textures that tile seamlessly, and have a rather organic feel about them - Perfect for URU age building, imho.
