I downloaded everything yesterday (May 2, 10) and was able to get into my Relto site without a problem. Today I find that I get past the update and then just sit waiting.

Is this was I'm doing - waiting for the server (heavy traffic)? Or is there maybe another issue? I tried this morning at about 8 am PST and again about and hour and a half ago.

Try going into your "uru live" folder and locate a file called tos.txt. Delete it and then try and log back in. Deleting tos forces the patcher to recheck all files and fix any corrupted data.

Depending on exactly where the game hangs up you might check under Log In Problems or Patcher Problems. If they don't help please let us know exactly when the games stops and the details of your computer (what Operating Systen, Video Card etc).

Thanks to Loshem for the tos.txt suggestion. It worked and now I can get online without a problem. Also, thanks to HenryMikel for the information link. It's loaded with information as advertised.
