Since the games are considered official over the books, I assume we are to believe that:
A) Ti'ana was not transported by boat to the Guild Hall for her questioning and
B) Ti'ana would have linked to Gehn, when the fire broke out in D'ni, via the Nexus instead of walking (thus making the guards jobs a lot harder).

The Nexus system was just being set up around the time of The Fall so it's possible that not very many people had access to it yet. Another thing to consider is the fact that Ti'ana was ahrotahn to the D'ni people and they didn't trust outsiders so it's possible she was forbidden access to the Nexus.
As far as the Guild Hall is concerned, I don't remember the specifics given in the book but the only images of that area we have are from very early test builds, one of them clearly shows it surrounded by a small stream of sorts.

They had reservations about showing her the Art and having her link to an Age even after she had been 'cleared', so I think they wouldn't have used the Nexus to transport her around when she was still just a prisoner.

Later on, as Loshem said, it's possible she never had a KI in the first place (they weren't widespread to start with); or maybe she thought it was not a good idea to use a link without knowing if the destination was in flames, or blocked by rubble.

Is that Spoiler official, and if so, where did you find it?

spoiler is indeed official, but /very/ old. =)

Good luck finding the original source, but.. it has been preserved.

I would not, necessarily, take it as indicative of current canon or the nature or the place, at all. =)

But, it sure is interesting. =)

PeteC, most of the older uru images came from Cyan's official website while Uru was still being referred to by its codename "mudpie". You can find some of them here http://uru.patchallel.com/misc_images.html
That is by no means all of them though.

Wow there are some OLD images in there. Fascinating stuff, Im particularly intrigued by this one

It would seem one of those closed alcoves was planned at some point to have an ayoheek table

That is an interesting image... it really makes it seem more like a "pub" because it looks like there's a rest area of some sort, in addition to the Heek table.

on farther inspection it seems the ayoheek table was in the alcove that now overlooks the tree.. was the tree perhaps not originally part of the watcher's sanctuary?

It'd be nice if some of those rooms were eventually opened, some sitting rooms and game rooms would be nice.

On a side note I really like that old design. like the lakewater fountain.
