On a lark, I looked up the term of service for WoW. There are 20 sections, not to mention subsections, and all of it, I'm guessing, is fairly dull. The sole reason for a ToS is to ensure that people don't use the game to sell stuff, manipulate loopholes, jump into the vault, hack, or erase people. Without one, the entire gaming world descends into chaos. The only things that you agree by accepting are the general rules that you should be following in the first place. It gives them the right to eliminate you if you don't. If you have a problem with that, don't play games online... don't use a search engine...and never touch ebay.
