Hi all,
I was wondering if we are going to get New Years Decorations in our Hoods this year. I remember in the past, they had up signs and you could bring up sparklies and fireworks from the fountain by going to certain area's. At the end of the gametap session, they never turned them on. For what reason, I am not sure. I miss them

Chogon, please turn them on this year.

I was thinking the same thing. The New year's days are the same.

I think the decorations we saw for "New Year" are only the D'ni New Year (April 21st).
I don't remember seeing them for our New Year but I could be mistaken

Well, we were wrong. We were in DMoA and the sparklers and banners just "poofed" into existence.

It's the same stuff as the D'ni New Year decoration so, all triggers and such are the same.

well, i didn't know what the triggers were at the time i posted but the secret knowledge has been imparted unto me now...

i was having *such* a BLAST with the Bevin decor this evening!! Holy Smokes those things are FUN!! beats the socks off of kicking pumpkins Very Happy

i DO *so* hope they last longer then even a couple of weeks or so after new year...
the fireworks are a RIOT!!

thing's have been getting *so* much more interesting following thanksgiving... cyan has delivered on *every* holliday and seasonal event!! I knew about Delin snow, I knew about the Pumpkins, I knew about the Santa Hat, and the Tree, and the Menorah and even if those weren't enough FUN they add these new years decorations that I knew *nothing* about!! URU is the gift that keeps on giving!! now if you'll excuse me, i gotta return to Bevin and go bounding off the walls and running laps around messing with the firework shooters again Razz
