After linking to Relto I just got a black screen and when trying to get back in after quiting the game I get the InternalError, too.

I was just there 5 minutes ago. Now I get an authentication failure error. Can't get in.

Amazon is STILL working on the servers that host MOUL. Whether this is the problem or not now is unknown (at least by me). The status of the cluster is still amber which is better than red but certainly not green.

I'm sure Chogon is home with his family, as it's Easter. It's annoying not to be able to get in, but it doesn't qualify as an emergency.

I'm sure Cyan will be aware of the problem once they get back to work, if they aren't already.

Should this be an Amazon problem who knows if there's anything Cyan can do about it right now. CloudApp is online right now so it appears that they aren't affected at the moment. This being an authentication error makes me think it's a server problem.

If it's just the auth server, then why did everyone get kicked? Is the auth server necessary once you are logged in? Do the auth, vault and resource servers exist on the same box?
