Greetings Mysteriacs!

Hope you are having fun and enjoying the group.

All of us URU lovers whom could not be there with you would love to see updates on the conference, including photos and such, as it goes on. I have checked the LIVE cam a few times but seem to miss the live feeds.

So, even though it may be premature (I am sure we'll see some Facebook feeds later), let us know how the conference is going. I have always hoped that the attendee list (i.e., who is there?) would be posted on the Mysterium site, but have never seen a list.

Cheers, and have fun!

Dadguy

Word I received from those who are there during a live broadcast on the stream was 30-35 attendees this year but it would be great to have names as well. From the short time I spent on the stream I was fortunate to put some faces to those names too.

Unfortunately, the stream doesn't work well for me and most of the time not at all. It'll hangup for upwards of 30 secs and play for only split seconds. Needless to say I cannot watch it. It only barely managed for a short time once but it's only gotten worse. Mad

Needless to say I'm bumming. Crying or Very sad Even if I cannot join chatters on the stream looking in to Mysterium in real time I'm hoping there will be video recordings posted somewhere later for our viewing pleasure.

My window into Mysterium is shattered Sad but I'm glad the folks there are having fun. Great work on managing this years Mysterium and enjoy the weekend! Very Happy

Yes, sadly 3G (or the default internet speed at our hotel) is too slow for buffering. The good news is we have access to a larger slice of bandwidth during the Rand interview so things should be more stable.

People (including me) have been taking lots of pictures and M13 has been recording lots of stuff. I'm sure we'll get them somewhere some time soon.

The Rand interview is going on and has been going on. If you missed something, remember it is being recorded.

Since I did not go to Mysterium, I did not realize it was this weekend. I missed the live feed, but thanks for providing the videos. I have started watching the Rand interview now. Smile

Edit: I finished the interview and enjoyed it. I gotta say that Latus sounds like something I would love to play.

Well, hopefully somebody will take initiative and transcribe it. Sadly it won't be nearly as amusing in text form.

Exactly. The interview was just too much awesome to water down into a mere transcript. Razz

I've gladly seen and enjoyed this live, thanks to all of you awesome guys, and I've watched the video
again for some parts that I've missed while following the chat at the same time and I can absolutely
affirm that to watch this live is a must... With a transcription only (besides that this would be an arduous
task) one will really miss a LOT, haha ... Very Happy

He is such a communicative and funny person and as such a real naturally gifted entertainer, comedian
or actor, though he would time and time again reaffirm that he is not haha ... Please, do yourself a favor
and watch it .... Smile

Yeah, we can only hope that someone of our computer/programming/internet etc. geniuses knows
how to record those videos or at least the one with Rand as I didn't succeed through any video app
to fetch any video file from that site and through Google I couldn't figure out any other method as well
by now ... Razz

And now I thank you all again very much for the many beautiful pictures with all those nice and funny
descriptions and those cool short videos etc... Thanks for all the efforts and the fun for us all ... /waves ... Very Happy

For those with a slow internet (read: Main_Avvie), you'll probably just have to pause it and let it buffer for a while, and then come back. I could probably pull it from the site (it is my stream) and upload it elsewhere, but I don't see how buffering that would be any different.
