The twelve keys with messages:

1. The even numbered messages are all true -- Ae'gura office.
2. 4 is true and 5 is false. -- Cartographers' Pub.
3. 1 is false and 10 is true. -- Kadish, in corner below second scope.
4. 6 and 11 are false. -- Kadish, on wall at end of vault support spoke.
5. A key is correct if and only if that key's message is true. -- Jalak, in the air above central pillar.
6. 4 and 11 are true. -- Minkata, cave 4.
7. A key is correct if and only if that key's message is false. -- Er'cana, behind track support at harvester's start location.
8. Either 1 or 7 is false. -- Er'cana pit with broken support.
9. 6 is false and 8 is true. -- Gahreesen, inside gear.
10. 3 is false or 7 is true. -- Below broken library balcony.
11. Either 8 is false or 5 is true. -- Deep in Gira lava canyon.
12. 4 and 7 are true. -- Inside one of the four Kadish lift pillars.


And finally, the correct four keys based on the messages:

Message from Alexander:
It's very exciting; we've found the four keys and are almost ready to insert them in the Great Zero and unlock the treasure! We just need to know which key goes in which keyhole. I'm afraid that just randomly testing them could trigger a trap. Any suggestions about the order of the keys would be greatly appreciated! It's probably a deceptively simple clue that Inshir left somewhere.
Also, I have to warn you that if participation doesn't increase from last time, we'll have no choice but to close the project. Even if someone solves the puzzles, our sponsors on the surface will pull funding if the community doesn't show enough interest. If the diabolical nature of the last puzzle scared you away, don't worry; the worst is definitely over now that we've found the keys!

Everyone, please be sure to read my translations of Inshir's journal in Phil's Relto! They provide major insights about Inshir's life and motives. I'd hate to tell you, but the treasure may not be the kind of treasure Alex thinks it is. Just my personal opinion. Anyway, the journal might contain clues to the key puzzle that I overlooked. Maybe you'll find something interesting.

New message from Alexander!

Shorah All,

Sorry for the really long delay. I wouldn't blame you if you've totally forgotten our mission. I've had major KI issues, tons of problems on the surface competing for my time-- you don't want to know. But now there's finally been a breakthrough! For the longest time, I was hesitant to place the four keys into the keyholes because there could be a trap. Then one day I was reading Inshir's journal and realized that he repeated the words "ascend one way, descend another" much more often than seemed necessary. I decided to take a leap of faith and apply these words to the keys: I placed the keys into the keyholes so that the key numbers were in descending order as the keyhole number increased. Much to my relief, it worked!

The Great Zero displayed a new message saying that we're almost there; there's just one more step. I'll tell you all about it at the next meeting: Saturday, January 12 at 13:00 KI Time in Alexander Rush's Hood. I'd prefer to meet as early as possible, but if too many people can't make this date, I'd be willing to postpone. As always, new volunteers are always welcome and you can read the forum or contact Simon if you need anything.

The treasure is almost ours!

My buddy and I finally started the latest game earlier. Hope it won't be long until Uru is back up and we'll be able to resume. ^^

And oh that HORRIBLE feeling when your KI freezes and a marker game resets. At the same progress spot. Twice!!
