I started getting this last night. At the same time, I noticed the donation level was Cavcon2. Do you suppose that has anything to do with it?

I don't think CAVCON has anythinhg to do with it. It if was CAVCON 1, maybe. Anyway, Cyan has given us a message:
"Sorry, but the servers are down temporarily. Please check back later!"

I did, prior to the start of development of MagiQuest Online, propose what I believed was seamless way to do exactly that. It was considered "interesting." I also wanted a cone to be placed somewhere inconspicuous. Alas.
